Golden Globes Tonight! Don't Miss These Jaw-Dropping Moments!
Movies & TV Series 11 January 2026

The glitz and glamour are back! The 83rd Golden Globe Awards are just around the corner, scheduled for Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the always-stylish Beverly Hilton. This ceremony is particularly important, following hot on the heels of the Critics Choice Awards and acting as a significant bellwether for the upcoming Oscars. So, if you're like me and can't wait to see who takes home the gold, here's your guide to watching all the action.

Golden Globes Tonight! Don't Miss These Jaw-Droppi...

Mark your calendars, folks! The Golden Globes will be broadcast live on CBS, offering that classic television viewing experience. For those of us who prefer to stream, Paramount+ is your go-to destination. Keep in mind that Paramount+ offers a couple of different subscription tiers. There's the ad-supported version, which is budget-friendly, and then there's the premium tier that includes Showtime – a nice bonus for movie buffs. The show kicks off at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and runs for a solid three hours, so settle in for an evening of acceptance speeches, surprising wins, and hopefully, some genuinely funny moments.

Speaking of funny, Nikki Glaser is back to host! She made her debut last year, and clearly, she made a good impression. As for the nominees, Paul Thomas Anderson's "One Battle After Another," starring the legendary Leonardo DiCaprio and the rising star Chase Infiniti, leads the pack with an impressive nine nominations. John M. Chu's "Wicked: For Good" and Michael B. Jordan's "Sinners" are also strong contenders, racking up multiple nominations. It's going to be an interesting night to see how those play out.

This year, a few actors are having a particularly good run, with Amanda Seyfried, Jeremy Allen White, and Jacob Elordi all scoring double nominations. That's quite an achievement! And let's give a shout-out to Chloé Zhao, who also bagged two nominations. It's always encouraging to see female directors getting the recognition they deserve. The Best Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama category is stacked with talent, including Jennifer Lawrence, Jessie Buckley, Julia Roberts, Renate Reinsve, Eva Victor, and Tessa Thompson. A tough category for sure!

And the men aren't slacking either. The Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama is equally competitive, featuring Michael B. Jordan, Jeremy Allen White, Joel Edgerton, Oscar Isaac, Dwayne Johnson (can he act, or what?), and Wagner Moura. I'm personally rooting for Moura – he's consistently brilliant in everything he does.

But before the main event, we need to talk about the red carpet! E! News will be bringing you all the fashion and interviews on "Live From E!: Golden Globes 2026," starting at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. Zuri Hall, Keltie Knight, and Justin Sylvester will be your hosts for the evening. If you prefer streaming your red carpet coverage, you can also catch it live on USANetwork.com or through the E! and USA apps on your mobile devices or Apple TV. So, get ready to witness some incredible style moments (and maybe a few questionable choices) as the stars arrive!
