Pagani's 2026 SHOCKER: What Are They REALLY Hiding?!
Automotive 26 January 2026

Pagani fans, mark your calendars (and maybe start selling off a few kidneys): 2026 is shaping up to be another year of automotive artistry from the San Cesario sul Panaro-based hypercar manufacturer. While we're not expecting a brand new, "mass-produced" (if you can even call a Pagani that) model to hit the streets, the company is definitely cooking up something special. Think of it as Pagani continuing their tradition of building rolling sculptures, each one a unique masterpiece.

Pagani's 2026 SHOCKER: What Are They REALLY Hiding...

The big news? Deliveries of the already announced, drool-worthy Huayra Codalunga Speedster are slated to begin in 2026. And honestly, just the thought of this car makes my palms sweat. We’re talking serious exclusivity here – only 10 of these open-top beauties will ever exist. It’s the Speedster version of the Codalunga, unveiled back in 2022, and they’ve really gone all-out. Gone is the roof, amplifying the car’s sleek lines and, more importantly, letting that glorious V12 engine sing its heart out directly into your ears.

According to Horacio Pagani himself, the Codalunga Speedster is an homage to the racing cars of the 50s and 60s. He envisions it as a "pure expression" of automotive design, creating a visceral connection between driver and machine. And judging from the specs, it’s hard to argue with that. The car stretches nearly five meters long and over two meters wide, yet stands a mere 1.17 meters tall. The wheelbase is a substantial 2.80 meters, ensuring stability at ludicrous speeds. But the real kicker? It weighs just 1,270 kg. That's an incredible feat of engineering, especially considering the sheer power lurking beneath the hood.

Speaking of power, the familiar 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12, co-developed with Mercedes-AMG, is back, churning out a monstrous 864 horsepower and 1,100 Nm of torque. Now, I love a good paddle shifter, but Pagani understands the importance of driver involvement. That's why they're offering the Xtrac-sourced transmission in both sequential and manual flavors, perfectly aligning with the car's analog philosophy. And don't forget that titanium exhaust system with its four signature central exits – it’s not just about performance, it's about the auditory experience. I can almost hear it now...

But here's the truly Pagani part: each of the ten Huayra Codalunga Speedsters will be extensively personalized in direct collaboration with the customer. Basically, if you can dream it (and afford it), Pagani can probably build it. The price tag? Officially unannounced, but whispers suggest a starting point of at least €5 million per unit. So, yeah, start saving now. In the meantime, I’ll be over here dreaming of winning the lottery and commissioning my own bespoke Pagani masterpiece.
