Reddick SHOCKS Daytona! Jordan's 23XI Celebrates HUGE Win!

Wow, what a race! Tyler Reddick pulled off an absolute stunner at the 2026 Daytona 500, snatching victory from the jaws of, well, you know... Daytona. In a race that was anything but predictable, Reddick led only a single lap – the most important one, of course – to bring home the checkered flag for 23XI Racing, co-owned by none other than Michael Jordan. I've seen some wild finishes in my time covering NASCAR, but this one definitely ranks up there.

The final lap was pure chaos. Carson Hocevar, who looked like he had the race in hand, got caught up in a wreck that took him completely out of contention. That left Reddick, running fourth at the time, with an opportunity. He still had to get past Chase Elliott, but Reddick made a decisive move entering the final turn. Aided, perhaps, by a savvy block from his 23XI teammate Riley Herbst, Reddick powered ahead and managed to avoid yet another crash erupting behind him. I'm telling you, it was edge-of-your-seat stuff!

This win isn't just another notch in Reddick's belt; it's a monumental moment for 23XI Racing. It's their first Daytona 500 victory, and I can only imagine the celebrations going on in their camp right now. Starting back in 26th position, Reddick had to fight his way through the pack, demonstrating incredible patience and skill. Honestly, you couldn't have scripted a better underdog story if you tried.

And let's not forget the carnage! "The Big One" struck on Lap 124, swallowing up a staggering 20 cars. Reddick somehow managed to navigate through that mess, and then, as if that wasn't enough, he had to dodge two more wrecks on that insane final lap. It was a true test of his driving ability and a little bit of luck, I think. To go from fourth to first in that kind of situation? Absolutely incredible.

Here's a look at the top ten finishers: 1. Tyler Reddick, 2. Ricky Stenhouse Jr., 3. Joey Logano, 4. Chase Elliott, 5. Brad Keselowski, 6. Zane Smith, 7. Chris Buescher, 8. Riley Herbst, 9. Josh Berry, and 10. Bubba Wallace. What a list! Next up, the Cup Series heads to Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Autotrader 400 on Feb. 22. You can catch all the action at 3 p.m. ET on FOX. If Daytona was anything to go by, Atlanta is going to be a thriller. Don't miss it!
